At NFL Fan Stores, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, our Refund Policy provides a straightforward process to handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or different from the original order.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds.
• Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Process for Returns:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
• Approved returns will be provided with a shipping label and instructions for return.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after receiving the return for the refund to be processed.

Refund Method:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
